What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Cerebre collects through cerebre.io, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly: When you request a briefing, we collect your name, email, company, and any additional comments you provide. When you apply for an open role, your application is submitted through our applicant tracking system, Traffit, which has its own privacy practices governing that information.
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we use analytics and session-recording tools (Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our site - pages viewed, general interaction patterns, and similar usage data. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use this information
To respond to briefing requests and schedule meetings.
To operate, maintain, and improve the site.
To understand how our site is used, in aggregate.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this site and our sales process. HubSpot stores contact information submitted through our briefing request form. Microsoft Clarity provides website analytics including session recordings and heatmaps. Traffit is our applicant tracking system for job applications. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site uses cookies associated with the tools listed above. You can control which cookies are set through the cookie preferences banner shown on your first visit. You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@cerebre.io.
